Villa Lorraine has 5 bedrooms in its main structure. On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms overlooking the pool, each with its own en-suite bathroom and covered veranda. The lower floor features three bedrooms: a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with twin beds that shares a bathroom with a single bedroom, and a staff room with its own bathroom and laundry facilities.

The villa offers a range of luxurious amenities including a helipad, outdoor gym, stunning swimming pool, and comfortable barbecue area protected from the wind. The spacious and airy living room, overlooking the pool, boasts an impressive view of the sea. The fully equipped kitchen adds to the comfort of the villa.

The luxury annex features two bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a covered veranda with a stunning sea view, and its own bathroom. The other double bedroom in the annex features a queen-sized bed and overlooks the swimming pool. There is another annex with its own entrance, typically used for staff, that has two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
